This Macqueen liner is the Liner. It has a very thin tip to achieve the most precise line, it's smudge proof (drew a line on my hand and tried to srub it away furiously - however, it stayed in place), yet it's truly waterproof. It's long lasting also (photos taken 10 hours after the application). Despite its durability, tint is easily wiped with micellar water or washed off with soap. It does everything that the description on the packaging says!
One more advantage among other liners is that it draws perfectly and smoothly on top of the eyeshadow. Same goes with oily lids. This liner goes through fire and water.
